We experienced a tough time as our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Despite our long journey, we had to wait for the cleaning staff who were unavailable after hours. The noise from the nearby highway was quite distracting, making it hard to relax and enjoy our stay.

While enjoying the comfortable and clean rooms, there were a few drawbacks, such as the overwhelming road noise that made sleeping difficult and issues with housekeeping not cleaning on schedule. Despite these setbacks, the friendly staff and pleasant environment made the experience more enjoyable overall.

The indoor pool was super clean and inviting, which made unwinding after a long day easy. I also enjoyed lounging by the poolside while sipping on my drink. Just a minor hiccup with the TV remote not working well, but overall, I had a fantastic stay! 😊

The location is a gem! With a hot spot like Panera Bread just a stroll away, and Five Guys for that burger fix, you’re set. Plus, our room was neat, comfy, and even came with two TVs. perfect for some family downtime!

Now, the noise from the interstate can get loud—def not for light sleepers! And reaching those soap dispensers felt like an Olympic stretch, which made it tricky for my short self and kiddos. Oh, and the bathroom door was a bit of a challenge too.
